Our philosophy
is to provide our guests with a complete taste of Thassos using
traditional materials receipts and techniques. Just a visit to us
and will get a taste of Thassos, and why not an original piece with
you. Olive oil, eggs, got milk as well as vegetables for salads are
from our own production. Of course fish like octopus and kalamari
are fished from Manolis.

The
homemade food, the meat from charcoal, the fresh fish, and traditional
thassian meals and deserts make our kitchen attractive and unforgettable
to every guest.

Candy
in Syrup is made with traditional receipt and local materials. The
famous Walnut as well as the Fig candy in Syrup are the typical
products for Thassos and maybe the best souvenir or present for
friends.

Thassos
is and was well known for its Olive and Honey. You can find by us
traditional oil and olives as well as local organic products.

tradition of Thassos has deep roots in the history of Thassos. A
visit to our exhibition is a must if you want to have a taste of the
Thassian embroidery, handicrafts and pottery. |
